Article 1 – Purpose and Definitions


1.1 These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products and services offered on try-petly.com under the brand Petly.


1.2 Only the specific terms published on the website, these Terms and Conditions, and the applicable laws shall govern the sale of products and services offered by Petly. These Terms shall prevail over any conflicting clause contained in any document issued by the customer.


1.3 Petly provides an online platform enabling users to place orders for the products offered on the website.


1.4 The seller is Zoobiotic LTD., acting through the website try-petly.com.


1.5 These Terms apply to all web pages, websites, and online interfaces displaying the Petly brand name or logo.


Article 2 – Scope of Application


2.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to any order placed through the Petly platform.


2.2 Any order placed on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.


2.3 Any exception to these Terms must be expressly agreed in writing.


2.4 These Terms apply to both private consumers and professional customers.


2.5 Tax and VAT Compliance

The prices displayed on the website are final prices and include applicable taxes where required by the laws and regulations applicable to the destination market.


Petly undertakes to comply with the tax and customs obligations applicable to the sale and delivery of its products in the countries where it operates.

3.1 The customer must be at least 18 years old to place an order.


3.2 The customer may be contacted by email or phone using the contact details provided during the ordering process.


3.3 Petly acts as the direct distributor of the products offered on the website.


3.4 The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing an order, including contact details, billing information, and delivery address.

4.1 Petly acts as the distributor of the products offered on the website. The sales contract is concluded directly between Petly and the customer.


4.2 For any question, complaint, or return request, the customer must contact Petly directly, and Petly will provide the necessary instructions, including the return address and the applicable procedure for defective or non-conforming products.


Article 5 – Orders and Deliveries


5.1 Orders are placed through the standard online ordering process available on the website.


5.2 An invoice may be issued by Petly and/or by one of its local logistics or fulfillment partners when applicable.


5.3 Ownership of the products is transferred to the customer only once full payment of the order has been received.


Article 6 – Payment and Delivery Terms


6.1 Available Payment Method

The customer may pay by bank card through a secure payment page. Available card types may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and any other payment methods displayed at checkout.


6.2 Standard Delivery

Delivery is carried out through local or international courier services depending on the destination country. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination, logistics conditions, and the shipping method selected at checkout.


The customer will also receive an email with the tracking link within approximately 2 business days after placing the order.


6.3 Petly shall not be held liable for delays in delivery caused by force majeure or events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, customs delays, extreme weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or logistical blockages.


Article 7 – Specific Conditions of Service Providers


By placing an order, the customer also acknowledges and accepts any applicable specific terms and operational requirements of third-party service providers or logistics partners involved in payment processing, fulfillment, or delivery.


Article 8 – Data and Communication


8.1 The customer must ensure that the email address provided is correct and functional so that all communications relating to the order can be received properly.


8.2 The customer acknowledges that a review, rating, or feedback system may form part of the sales process and post-purchase experience.


Article 9 – Right of Withdrawal, Returns, and Warranty


9.1 Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

The customer has 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal without having to provide any reason, subject to the conditions described in the applicable return policy.


9.2 Defective Products and Warranty

The customer may benefit from the legal warranty applicable under relevant law from the date of delivery of the product, covering manufacturing defects or lack of conformity.


Where applicable, the customer may request repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable law and our policy.


9.3 Return Costs

In the event of a confirmed defect or non-conforming product, Petly will bear the return and replacement costs.


In the event of a voluntary withdrawal, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.


Any express shipping fees paid when placing the order are non-refundable.


9.4 Return and Refund Procedure

Returns are accepted only by postal shipment after prior validation by customer support.


The customer must contact contact@try-petly.com, providing the order number and, where relevant, photos and/or videos showing the issue.


Returned products must be new, complete, and in their original packaging where the return is made under the right of withdrawal.


A valid tracking number is mandatory.


Petly shall not be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged during return shipment, especially where insufficient packaging or lack of tracking is involved.


9.5 Refund Method

Orders paid by card will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase.


Refunds are generally processed within 3 to 10 business days after validation of the returned product or the warranty claim.


Article 10 – Severability


If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.


Article 11 – Force Majeure


Petly, its suppliers, and its carriers shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by an event of force majeure or any circumstance beyond their reasonable control.


Article 12 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction


These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.


In the event of a dispute, the courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the customer’s country of residence.
